- photo_camera User Content: Photos uploaded for maintenance reports, messages sent through chat with the board, and community forum posts (if applicable).
- devices Device Information: Technical data such as device model, OS version, and crash logs to improve app stability.
3 Use of Information
- verified_user Verify your identity as a legitimate condominium resident.
- build Process and follow up on your maintenance requests.
- notifications Send important notifications (circulars, billing notices, events).
- forum Facilitate official communication between residents and administration.
4 Information Sharing
- groups With Your Administration: Your information (name, unit, reports) is accessible to your community Administration and HOA Board for operational purposes.
- cloud Third Parties: We do not sell or rent your personal data to external advertisers. We only share data with technology infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud servers) required to keep the app online.
5 Device Permissions
- photo_camera Camera and Gallery: To attach photos in maintenance reports.
- notifications Notifications: To notify you about administration responses or urgent announcements.
You can revoke these permissions at any time in your phone settings, although this may limit app functionality.
6 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures (such as SSL/TLS encryption in transit) to protect your information from unauthorized access.
7 Data Retention and Deletion

- delete Deletion Request: According to Apple and Google requirements, you have the right to request deletion of your account and data.

*Note: Certain operational data (such as financial records or property maintenance history) may be retained by community administration for legal or administrative obligations, even after your user account is closed.
